Weekly lettings are usually from Saturday to Saturday. The cottage will be available from 3pm on the day you arrive and we ask you to vacate by 10 am on the day of departure so we can get the cottage ready for other guests.

A deposit of 25% of the full charge is payable at the time of booking and the balance is due four weeks before arrival. For a reservation made 28 days or less before arrival the full amount is due at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation I will return your deposit if I can re-let the cottage. If you are bringing your dog there is an additional charge of £20 per week or part week.
